How are you going with your New Year’s resolution

How are you going with your new year’s resolutions? Congratulations if you are still on track. If, like most people, you have derailed and your resolution is now a distant memory there is a good explanation for what has happened to you. You see, when you decide to change something in your life, it normally has a habit attached to it. Changing a habit is not an easy process. But don’t despair.  You can get back on track.

Someone once said, a habit is a bit like a nice soft bed. It is easy to get into but hard to get out of. To break the old habit you must repeat and think about the new behaviour you want everyday without fail for at least thirty days. After this time,  the new habit will be formed and it will become a normal part of your behaviour.

I wish you all the best with your resolutions and hope you have a great year.
